Tom called and left message. When I got back to him he knew right away why I was calling. Arranged an appointment for the next day and told me exactly what would be done. Joey showed up (half hour early - still in jammies. Got right to business. A few things came up but they were not problem for him. An hour or so later he was emailing the receipt. Would highly recommend and plan on using them again for both major plumbing and general maintenance."
