"our water heater broke on a Saturday. Called Kasidonis. The technician came out, was punctual, professional and very helpful. Went into detail on how he called the scheduler, and ordered a tank and would be at our house around 9am on Monday. Called the scheduler at our house. Monday comes, no one shows. I call the main office and after much confusion, Mrs. Kasidonis lets me know she's dealing with her; she tells me the technician lied to me and they schedule things Monday mornings. I was on hold several times with her and reps; I was given the impression the office messed up, but they would not admit it. She apologized for our problem, and promised a "substantial refund" for our inconvenience. Turns out all we got was a $99 add-on done for free, which we later found out we didn't need. The tank is great, technicians are professional, but don't deal with ownership."
