He contacted me via phone in the morning to give me an approximate time in the late afternoon that he would be at my house, he assured me no matter what he would be out today to pump the tank and test the lift station pump and float. Mark then called again in the afternoon to let me know he was on his way to my house. He and his helper pumped the tank and tested the pump which was not working. It was raining which they worked right through to install a new pump. We were back up and running before my teenage kids were back home that evening. Cote's has my septic business from here on out."

They saved me a lot of money. They will be recommended to my family and friends if they need this service.They are honest and reliable."
