Get matched with top septic tank and well pros in Pittsboro, NC

"The first time, Feb. 2016, we called All American we were very happy. They fixed our problem in a timely manner and were fairly easy to work with. However, when our problem came back 10 months later and we contacted them for assistance, they were immediately defensive, refusing any warranty, were late arriving, and hard to get on the phone. After coming by and trying to pump the tank in the dark when they couldn't inspect the system, we asked them to please come back the when there was enough light. They explained they could do that but it would cost us MORE than what we paid the first time. Then it was very difficult to get them to answer the phone to reschedule. We never minded paying to get the system fixed, but did think they lacked professionalism. Ultimately we found another company that fixed the solution at a very good rate and in good time."

"The service tech was professional and knowledgeable. The problem was found and repaired the same day. The pricing was fair and well worth it. I would highly recommend and will be a repeat customer for future septic needs and concerns."

"If you can ever have a problem with your septic system this is who to call. Apollo Came out on the 4th of July to resolve my problem.n Apollo was the most knowledgeable, professional and personal individual that I have encountered in a long time. I would rate this businessat 10 stars ."

"Prompt courteous response. The solution (to clean well casing) was clearly explained and the cost seemed appropriate. During the procedure it was brought to our attention that the tank had low pressure so we decided to replace both the pump and tank due to age. The job was completed within 2 1/2 hours. We are very pleased with the prompt friendly service we received. And the results are exactly what we wanted...clean clear water Thank you for a great job."

"They did an outstanding job!! Explained everything, ever step of the way. Technician was professional, well dressed, and very polite. He made sure we understood what we needed and most importantly what we didn’t. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs."

"After calling multiple companies to get someone out to pump my septic tank I finally got one to answer the phone. Mind you, this was an emergency and I needed someone ASAP as my septic tank was overflowing into my yard! Quality Service Today answered on the second ring. I spoke with a young lady who was so nice and professional who was able to help get me on schedule later in the afternoon (but same day) my technician was Jeremy who was very nice and explained all my options and provided upfront pricing so that I could make my own decision. I didn’t feel he was being pushy at all for a sale. He answered all my questions and got everything taken care of. Thank you Quality Service Today for an exceptional experience."

"A little high for the items called for (reconnecting plumbing and gas after countertop replacement). Very courteous and good at upselling. Replaced my pressure gauge and relocated the main shut off to the house. Both needed done, but had not considered before recommendation. Ultimately good experience, but spent well more than I was thinking when making initial contact."

"Dad and son duo!!! Very, very knowledgeable, very, very clean, and good work. The only people I will call from now on with my well issues. Very professional will recommend to any and every one! Told me they would be there at 9am was there right on time and pulled my stuck pump replaced it and the wires all under 2 hr and at a great price! Thank you again you guys are the best!"

"The Tech. was professional and very informative. I didn't have to have any repairs done because before he came the problem was ok due to my adjusting a hose in the tank of the toilet."
