"Professional job, called on Friday at 5 p.m. as I just ran out of water. Dan asked a few questions to get an idea of what may be wrong. Told me he would be at my home 30 -60 minutes. Was at my house in less then 15 minutes, diagnosed the problem, extremely happy that he had all the parts on his truck. Changed out the pressure tank and switch. Added a cut off and drain to my plumbing lines. AWESOME job and all done within 1 1/2 after my initial call. Gave me a 10% discount as I am fire/police. Cleaned up after themselves and explained all the work & warranties to me. Highly recommend L M Well & Pump for your needs. Thanks again for being a lifesaver and professional."

"My pump switch at the tank in my basement was cycling on and off every 40 seconds. The noise of the cycling switch was bothering me at bedtime and something to worry about. First called Tom on the phone and was impressed by his knowledge and experience in the well industry The 2 other companIes I also contacted did not seem to be as experienced and gave me quotes without knowing the problem with my system. I chose Able Well and Pump Service after some research and investigating the area near the well where I found wet soil and runoff below the well head. Able Well and Pump was there in a couple of days. They arrived with a back hoe and quality parts to complete the well repair which turned out to be a corroded galvanized fitting connecting the well casing to the PVC pipe that goes into the house. A stainless steel fitting and a lot of digging solved my problem. Thanks to Tom and Mike for being patient with all my questions and getting the job done. The men also adjusted the pressure in the tank and cleaned the switch contacts. Cost was reasonable for the job. I would call Able Well and Pump again without hesitation. Thanks, Tom and Mike and Angi for the listings of professionals."

"This was an answer to prayer as far as I'm concerned. My home warranty company assigned L&M to me because my pressure tank/well pump kept tripping the circuit breaker. Not only did Dan come right away but he diagnosed the problem immediately and actually had the parts WITH HIM to replace both the well pump and the pressure tank. He worked with my warranty company for approval and finished the job in just a few hours. I am still in shock and very thankful. He was polite, did high quality work, made sure everything was working properly and most of all, I appreciate that he recognized my need as a customer and placed it as a priority. I have worked with three other well related companies (Allied, Hague, Phelps) over the past eight years and felt like they ran all over me and were a huge disappointment. L&M doesn't. He is a good guy who puts customers first and charges a reasonable price. From what i have heard, the other well companies have increased their rates during the pandemic whereas he did not!"

"They have been excellent. I was working with Clean Delaware and was to the point of replacing my system (~$30K). Andrew was able to bring my system back at a fraction of the price. I am so thankful I called them before I rebuilt my system. I would highly recommend this team!"
