"Replaced a tank water heater, the door was too narrow so first pitched removing framing with no guarantee that it’d be replaced correctly. I suggested using a smaller sized unit based on a quote from another plumber which is the route we went. They also covered the overage for the additional cost of the smaller sized unit which was nice but if I wasn’t aware of the option I’m not sure what I would have done. They also only sent one person initially so I helped bring the old unit down and the new one up in between trying to work. Also the breaker to the hot water heater was never flipped back so I’m waiting to see how the unit performs now."

"We rec'd. an estimate for the new hot water tank including installation, new tank, off-site removal of old tank, and estimate of how long the job would take. Job was completed that day. Eric was very good, would have liked more of a detailed estimate though - final price seemed very, very high, but as it was something that needed to be done sooner rather than later, and we never heard back from another plumber we contacted, we hired them on the spot. Would hire them again, but would make them give a detailed/breakdown of estimate on the cost of all steps/products needed prior to signing on the bottom line."
