"Bob was very prompt at contacting me initially, and was able to schedule me in for the following week. We arranged a time for 9:30am, and I got a call at 9:15 saying he was running behind and would be there a little later. I really appreciated that he contacted me. He showed up exactly as promised, and he and Tim got right to work, They were both very friendly, and worked efficiently. He gave me information on how to maintain the septic tank to keep it operating in good condition. I would highly recommend them to others."

"Excellent service! Called promptly. Arrived at time specified with crew. Pulled old pump and replaced pressure tank by early afternoon. From first contact to completion of project was less than 24 hours. When you have no water time is important. I’d recommend them."

Cole, Dave, and Will were not only excellent at what they did, they were also friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and very patient while answering our many questions. We were so impressed with them that we have already contracted with them to do another job for us in another week. Look no further. This is the company you want to do business with!"

"Woke up one morning and had no water at all. Turned out the well pump had gone bad and needed to be replaced. They came out, replaced the pump and got the water running again. Haven’t had a problem with it since. Really glad I called them and would definitely use 1&Done Plumbing again."

"Finally fixed a sewer issue that I had three others plumbers work on. Thank you!"

"I used D. Rhode Heating, Plumbing and AC for two projects. First was an installation of a new air conditioning and heat pump unit. From beginning to end everyone we dealt with were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Dan was very helpful thoroughly explaining our options and giving us a fair estimate. The office staff were always friendly and helpful when we called them. Jeff, Dwayne and crew did a great job in the removal and installation of the new unit. They were very respectful and cleaned up thoroughly when the job was completed. The second project was the installation of a new well tank. Jamie was very professional and knowledgeable and also did a great job with the installation and cleanup. I would highly recommend D. Rhode."

"Jim was called when our regular plumber was unavailable to determine why we had no water. He quickly identified the problem as a faulty water pump switch that ceased operating. The switch had been damaged because of a poorly working pressure tank. He had quickly identified the two problems and replaced the switch and pressure tank. The lack of water had been diagnosed and repaired within an hour's time. Water restored!"
