Pumped out the septic did inspection and after cleaning septic , neatly covered the area after we marked it. He then doubled checked to see if we had a second tank on property . Courteous professional and answered all my questions completely. Would recommend him over the big pricey companies that did not want to even come out if I did not know where my tank was That one bad review is strange as I am a woman and the company is insured for damages Nothing but fantastic service 5 stars

Lucas came to our rescue immediately and found our septic lid was cracked, and the drain field was bad, he had the lid repaired same day and installed a clean out. That same weekend he came back and dug up our drainage field and installed a new one. The sense of urgency and understanding he had for us was unmatched. He informed me of how a septic tank system works and showed me problems with our system. After completely emptying the tank (BOTH Sections), he rinsed down the inside of the entire tank.
