John coordinated the tree removal subcontractor as well as removing and replacing the septic tank. He also repaired the broken waste pipe leading to the septic tank. I was told by the office staff that the installation of the new water heater (under lifetime warranty but only five years old when it needed replacing) would take up to six hours. The actual work time was closer to two and a half hours, most of the time was taken up waiting for the delivery of the new heater as well as half-way through Kenny left for another two hours, maybe even longer, to pick up an expansion tank. I had been quoted a price of $950 for the installation . After the installation the office called to ask how I wanted to pay I challenged this amount and ended up paying $850 instead. - I very much appreciated that Quinns were able and did install the hot water heater so quickly but felt I was taken advantage of financially."
