I was a bit skeptical of their recommendation for a new filter and expensive turbo cleaning of the septic field/components. I declined the recommendation. The septic field isn't showing any signs of a problem (soggy/soft ground). I might regret it, but I suspect they were needlessly upselling me."

Our 20 year old hot water heater started leaking on Sunday night (not an immediate emergency, but something we wanted addressed soon) and they came out Monday morning to check it out. Nahu was wonderful and thoroughly explained everything. He was able to quickly install a new, quality Rheem tank. He happily answered all my questions and took the time to make sure everything was working properly before he left. He insisted on wearing booties inside my home to keep everything clean and left the garage better than he found it. I also felt the price was fair.
