"My septic system's alarm was going off Friday of the Holiday weekend, of course we got home after 5 when all the businesses were closed. I called every company in the area, and every 24 hour emergency number I could find for septic services and no one returned my call until Richard called me back Saturday morning. He told me he wasn't working but was in the area and could stop by and look at it. He helped us out and found out that the UV bulb was dimming and not bright enough. Ordered a new light online that day, he also pointed out a couple parts that may be going bad soon and quoted us for a pump out. We will be calling him for all of our septic needs from now on!
