Get matched with top septic tank and well pros in South Portland, ME

"I was skeptical of all the 5 star ratings but after the level of service I received, there's no doubt they're genuine. The owner/operator was great, arrived within an hour and was careful regarding maneuvering his truck, hoses, etc. He was interesting to talk to and explained the various aspects of what needed to be done, why and how often. Getting a septic tank pumped out is never a fun project, especially on an emergency basis, but it won't get any better than the experience I had with RM Septic."

"Our 40 year old well pump finally quit and after a number of attempts to contact a well service provider I called Marquis and not only did they answer their phone but they arrived at my home later that afternoon to diagnose and remedy the problem. They replaced the pump down in the well and the tank in the basement in just under two hours and I had water once again. They even took away the old tank. I can't recommend them strongly enough. Responsive, professional and extremely courteous. Thank you so much Randy!"

"Mike and his team are extremely responsive and professional. From the first contact to final installation for a large, complex septic system, it only took 2 weeks including all the permit and inspection. We are really grateful for finding Septic Advisor through Angie's list and hired him for our project. We cannot be happier! Highly recommended! Will definitely hire Mike again for any future needs."

"As others have said - very friendly, very professional, timely, and absolutely helped me get to the bottom of a frustrating well problem. The only downside was their cost was ridiculously high ($1500 for a 60min job that typically runs closer to $750/1k) and we only paid because we didn't have another option at the time."

"They were so honest they explained how to fix the minor issue myself and not have to spend the extra money to hire the small job of replacing my septic tank cover. So refreshing to find an honest business!"

"Thomas was very responsive and courteous. He showed up bright and early on Monday, as promised. He reached out to coordinate with the previous pro who had identified the issue but did not have the equipment to clear the blockage. Thomas found our septic tank which had not been opened the entire 25 years we've own the house. He quickly removed the blockage and resolved our issue pumping sewage up to the septic tank from the fish house. I will certainly call him first next time we have a problem."

"Maine septics put in a system for one of my clients, and they did a fantastic job. Everyone else we talked to quoted us much higher, or couldn’t get it done for months. These guys get it done!"

"It was Saturday during Memorial Day weekend in the pandemic when I noted a leaking pipe in the ceiling of my basement family room. I worked through Home Advisor to find a plumber in my area. The plumber came quickly. He and I followed pandemic precautions. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. He did a temporary repair because the faucet to shut off the water to my house was corroded due to its age. He then organized permanent repair a few days later when the town water to my house could be shut off. The plumber informed me what and when to expect him and did exactly what he said. He deserves an extra thank-you because of the pandemic issues. I am in the high risk group and he was the first stranger to enter my home since March. That caused added concerns on my part which were quickly resolved due to his professional manner. I would recommend this company to anyone and will call this plumber in the future."
