Get matched with top septic tank and well pros in Southbury, CT

"He did an excellent job replacing our septic tank. He solved a difficult problem with a huge boulder that was blocking the move of the tank. Also was very careful not to damage the rest of the yard during installation. Overall, job well done. Quality job at a fair price."

"John Bensavage did an excellent job of repairing my septic system which included replacing the septic tank. To gain access to the tank they had to have five trees removed. John coordinated the tree removal subcontractor as well as removing and replacing the septic tank. He also repaired the broken waste pipe leading to the septic tank. Throughout the whole process every phase of the job was performed on in a timely manner and every delivery of material arrived on site exactly when needed. John's crew was excellent as well, performing each phase efficiently and smoothly while while exercising great care to avoid damaging the adjacent structure. I enjoyed watching how smoothly they worked together. When the job was finished, they expertly restored the surrounding landscape to a condition better than it was before. John kept every promised date and time and accomplished the job exactly when he said he would. I highly recommend John H. Bensavage LLC to anyone in need of septic system repair. And John was the lowest bidder."

"Up front about timing, cost, and value. Well done."

"Replaced a tank water heater, the door was too narrow so first pitched removing framing with no guarantee that it’d be replaced correctly. I suggested using a smaller sized unit based on a quote from another plumber which is the route we went. They also covered the overage for the additional cost of the smaller sized unit which was nice but if I wasn’t aware of the option I’m not sure what I would have done. They also only sent one person initially so I helped bring the old unit down and the new one up in between trying to work. Also the breaker to the hot water heater was never flipped back so I’m waiting to see how the unit performs now."

"arrived on time, great price , felt well taken cared of overall excellent service"

"While other companies spent years trying to figure out what was wrong with my system and after much money spent on â fixesâ , Eastern Water found a small piston dysfunction and the fix was simple and not expensive. I plan to switch to them for my routine maintenance. Additionally, they were responsive, efficient and reliable. The service person was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me."

"Connecticut Basement installed our Radon System 5 years ago and did a fantastic job so we hired them to install our new water softner. During the install it was discovered and verified by me that the well pump was defective (19 years old) and they managed to do all the work plus the well pump in the same day. Without the well pump we could have gone days without water. They were here at our house for 9 hours. Super service!!"

"Mosman Wellworks responded very quickly to my call. My well pump went out in the middle of the night in a huge snow storm. I had no water so this was an emergency situation. No other company I called answered their phone except for Eric. He came out right away and did an excellent job servicing my well pump. Even in an emergency situation his prices were very affordable. Nice guy, excellent customer service."

"DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! Joe and Denise are very nice and easy to talk to. They listen to what you need and made sure you understand the plan before they do anything. We asked for extra work and are very accommodating. With regards to work itself, they took their time to do it right. With us, we had a last minute change of septic tank size and Joe was so nice to accomodate us. They did an excellent job with our septic system and will definitely recommend them. We also feel like we gain a friend!"
