"Calling Rooter Express today was probably our 5th or 6th call to a septic service. The office was friendly and was able to have their guys out to our house today and not have to wait a couple days. We were called an hour prior to the arrival of the truck and guys. They showed up on time and were very friendly. Once finding the where the septic tank was it was about 10 minutes before they had both covers off. Once the covers were off we had more of a problem then any of us realized. Our tank was full...main reason of the call was because we had septic backup in our downstairs bathtub and toilet. Once they had gotten the septic down to see the pipes coming into the tank they discovered a new problem the main pipe from the house was at an upward angle and not at a downward slop to allow proper drainage. They were quick to figure out the problem, give us a new quote to fix it and get working on it. Total time spent on the job was about 4.5 hours. All 3 guys were friendly had a great sense of humor and worked in a timely matter for the issue we had. We were so greatly appreciative for fast service. We will definitely use this company in the future for septic clean out. I would highly recommend this company to anyone."

"Hunter and Sean are the real deal! My water heater crapped out suddenly on New Year’s Eve. I went to Angi and filled out the info and less than 10 minutes later, Hunter calls me! Told me he’d be out the next day….new year’s day!! Showed up when he said he would, diagnosed the issue quoted me a price and said he’d be there “tomorrow morning”. Benjamin Franklin's technicians performed outstanding service, installing an entire new and superior tankless hot water system, replacing our inferior and dangerously flawed tankless system that no longer performed. The lead technician was up front regarding the reasons for replacement, the cost of replacement, as well as less expensive alternatives. After we decided to replace with a new tankless system and because of the price point, the lead technician suggested time plan payment alternatives which was very helpful.

The day of installation, the crew arrived on time as promised and suggested that the unit be placed on the outside of the house instead of underneath in the crawl space, allowing for easy access for maintenance and trouble shooting as well as for safety. An excellent suggestion since the old tankless system had been installed against a wall in the crawl space underneath our bedroom floor which the lead technician noted, would have been bad for us if the corroded pipes had started leaking gas! Anyway, the entire job was completed without a hitch and again right on time as promised.

The new system has been working perfectly for six months now and we could not be more pleased! I would highly recommend Benjamin Franklin and their technical crews to anyone with plumbing issues - two thumbs up!

"We had another plumbing company come out due to a leak. Rather than do any diagnostics, they just replaced the pressure valve. It still leaked. I called the next Monday and was told oh, you need a new water heater. Johnny Gavilan from Preferred Home Services checked a couple things and found our expansion tank was bad. He did warn us there still could be a problem with the water heater but at least he checked first. If we need the water heater replaced, our expansion tank will be new!"
