He determined that the storage tank was waterlogged, which meant that the blatter was broken and that was allowing air into the system. With further inspection and knowing the history of my submersible water pump, it was probably time to replace that also while he was here. He gave me three different estimates for different projects. I chose the best fit for me. Bruno spent probably double the time he should have two replace the holding tank and submerge pump that it should have taken because the well was an odd size, but maybe typical back in the late 50s early 60s. "When I asked for a quote I was given less than $200 to install on most of the plumbers. When Pascale called said it was $450. Then the new tank was taller and had to cut pipes and replace plus valves. Another $200. You should quote between $450-$650 plus tax. $200 is just wrong."
