"There was a prompt response to my call. He was most courteous with his introduction, which seems to be a dying art these days. These guys travel quite a distance to get here. He was in the process of lining up another customer so we worked on the schedule that gave me an estimated time of arrival. On the day of service, he ran into a delay. He did the right thing , he made a call. Polite as well , a refreshing change! On arrival able to locate the septic tank, no problem. He gave me an assessment and gave me options.. There were plugs in 2 areas .The filter needed to be cleaned out and flow valve need to be jetted or it would’ve backed up into my house. I ended up spending more money than I planned but I have peace of mind. I know that I won’t be leaving anything behind , any problem for someone else to handle .It will pass inspection and I don’t have to worry about holding up a contract or blowing a contract. A1 septic lived up to there name. They are #1@#2 Blessings"

After reading MANY reviews from several Well services and based on the VERY positive feedback for Angel’s, gave them a call. They answered right away. ‘Dawson’ was at my house the next day with everything we needed. He ended up replacing the well pump AND the bladder. My husband went outside and in the garage with him to understand what was involved in the replacement and said Dawson was very knowledgeable. He educated him on what he was doing and why, as well as preventative maintenance on the new system. I spoke with him a few minutes before he packed his truck up and he couldn’t be more nice and respectful. They're price is VERY fair. I know he had to travel a decent way to Dallas for us and did not charge us for the trip. "Back in June 2025 we hired Groundwater Pros to drill a new well and we couldn't have made a better choice. From the very first phone call, Amanda in the office was incredibly organized and on top of every detail. She walked us through the entire process, answered every question we threw at her, and even explained how a well is actually drilled ? this woman truly knows her stuff! Tristan and Chris handled the drilling and they were absolutely outstanding. They worked together like a well-oiled team, kept us informed at every step, and were respectful and professional the whole time. "I am really glad that I called Ray's Septic Service. I have been receiving their ads in the mail at our old house and I have heard about them on the Forsyth County FB page as everyone had nothing but good things to say about the company. My experience goes as follows: I'm a realtor and we were in a transaction to buy our new house. I call Ray, the owner, and he sends Travis and his helper. They were there very promptly at the property. They were just about to dig when Opendoor, who is the seller of the house, said NO you are not allowed to check the septic during Due Diligence! Now, you should always be allowed to check whatever you need during Due Diligence as you are thinking about BUYING that property and that is kinda a large purchase and investment!! I felt bad about the guys coming over as we all thought that we were going to get the septic checked that day. The guys were very polite and professional and told me not to worry about it. As the transaction went on, my hubby and I DID decide to buy the house and we had them come over again the day after we Closed. THANKFULLY, the septic was OK and we just had to get it up to code as it was not. I feel that I also need to add that Travis had some very spectacular digging skills. One corner of our septic tank is just BARELY inches from one of the footers to our deck. He dug very skillfully and did not upset that footer at all. The septic company that Open Door dealt with was very shady as they said they pumped it and passed it with a passing Septic Letter. But, when I saw the tank opened, the thing was almost overflowing! Thankfully, Ray's Septic Service was able to help us out and be out there when we needed them to be. They explained everything to a "T" and I will be referring them out to my future clients as well if a septic tank will be involved in the purchase! Thank You Ray, Travis, and team at Ray's Septic!"

"Fantastic service! We have a nice sodded lawn over the septic tank. They precisely located the access cover and hand-dug a hole only about 2' in diameter, taking very good care to preserve the sod as they started. All done in under 2 hours and we have only a small mound in the grass where the dirt should settle back down in a few months. If we need septic service again, our first and only call with be to A. Bailey. And, they are veterans and active duty in the Army reserves. I'm happy to help support our service members."
