"Mike and Sean performed excellent communication and service from the first time we talked until the septic tank job was finished. Mike explained each step to my wife and I with no hesitation. Also noteworthy, he provided great insight on other related topics which facilitated a greater understanding. Mike and his team were extremely reliable and we would recommend his service to all. Job well done!"

"The plumber cleared the clog, but it turned out I needed my septic tank pumped out. That was done this morning."

"Don Thomas is a true gem. I have had to use his services two times in the last few months. Both times was on a Saturday. Today I was experiencing a back up in septic system. Doing laundry and my toilet was bubbling up sludge. Yuck. I called him up and this weekend is a holiday weekend. He was with family. We agreed that he would come this coming week. He called me back and said he would come by to fix the immediate issue so that my family and I could wash clothes and dishes and take showers without worrying that we would be cleaning ourselves or our dishes or clothes in crap. We are so thankful for the thoughtfulness and the sacrifice from Don. The day went from shitty to giddy. Woohoo. Highly recommend"

"did well at keeping me informed."

"Their crew arrived on time, got it pumped, and provided an inspection report. Also provided tips on treating the tank with both microbes and root prevention."

"I paid $2,750.00 for examining my tank tops, replacing one concrete portion of tank top, putting 1 & 1/2 hours work rerouting some PVC pipe from a washing machine to tank (under the house work) and adding top tank holes so that I wouldn't have the yard dug up from now on. I think that I paid for the rental and costs to bring a digging machine from Fort Payne. I had my septic tank cleaned out last year and it was 300 dollars to do the cleaning plus digging up the yard"
