"I saw Issac, the tech, at a convenience store, 1/4 mile from my home. I asked him a few questions regarding my septic system. He told me he could follow me home and do an inspection. It was late afternoon. I'm sure he was on his way to the shop. He was by himself (no helper). He accessed both tanks, performed the necessary service, well after dark. He told me that the company advertises 24/7 and they abide by that statement."

"Prompt service. Repair required access through the wellhouse roof which meant I had to hire another contractor to modify the wellhouse to allow necessary access to use a crane to pull the pipe and motor up. When the access was ready, the well service company came the next day to complete the well service that required motor replacement. All work was done in a professional manner. They will be the well service I will call in the future if further service is required."
