"Mark and his team were beyond awesome. After the first pump just after Christmas, I continued to try leach field treatments and tricks but no luck. Mark and his team started work first week in March and had two prices, one with a standard drain field and the other with an overflow tank and pump. With current code and drainage requirements mine needed the additional tank and pump put in. The whole job takes about five days and that's with prep, clearing, installation and inspection. So, give yourself time and patience but don't think it will fix itself. Mark showed me an old drain line which was completely clogged with roots and although the others were clear, there was good soil to allow biomat drainage. Bottom line, these guy's know what they're doing and offer a great price compared to other contractors."

"Early Saturday evening we lost water. I called our regular well company immediately but did not receive a return call. I understand, not everyone wants to work on the weekend but by 5:45 AM Sunday AM we were fairly miserable. Carrying water from the swimming pool over hardwood floors in order to refill toilets is not my idea of fun. I put in a call on a Sunday morning a bit after 7:30 AM to Bay Area Pump and Wesley texted back almost immediately. He asked if between 10:00 - 10:30 AM was ok (I was thrilled) and was at our house at 10:00 AM. The problem was ants had gotten in the well's electric box. I asked if we should have the well serviced regularly and he said no, just spray to keep the ants down. Wow, someone who responds quickly, is punctual, works on a Sunday morning for a fair cost AND doesn't try to sell us a service policy! Water restored, my husband and I are delighted and highly recommend Wesley and Bay Area Pump."

"I had an emergency on the 4th of July. I begin calling Septic tanks professionals, even where it stated they were 24/7, I got voicemails, or told they can come out next Monday. They didn’t listen to me. I had toilets backed up, water leaking in my closets, tub and shower holding water. Howbeit, Ty picked up the phone. Listened to my frantic details of my home Ty and Brandon came to my rescue. They were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, caring, informative, and extremely experience technicians in their respective field. I’m going to put the word out that even on a 4th of July holiday if you have a problem with your septic tank and water is overflowing in your home, don’t hesitate call the pros Septic Medic Environmental. They truly care about their customers. ********** 10 stars"

"Friendly, affordable, and efficient! Of the 3 companies I got estimates from they were the only ones who took the time to assess my property. They determined my property's water table, location of my and my neighbors wells. No one else bothered to do this. Based off of their assessment they suggested an above ground drain field and were the only ones to suggest that. Definitely glad I went with Gulf Coast Septic and I would definitely recommend them"

"Iâ m was so grateful to found this great company! The service provided was professional and A thorough job in a very timely manner! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs septic tank work done well and efficiently."

"The young man was very professional and informative. A job well done 👏"

"They came out when they said they would be got the job done very fast ."

"REPLACED WELL PUMP COMPONENTS: Wow... they actually call when they're running behind. That alone is worth 5 stars these days LOL. But the truth is that they come when they say they'll come and the work gets done right. Good work doesn't always come cheap but I'd rather have it done right the first time and with cheerful attitudes (even after a long day). Great Job and keep up the fantastic work."

"It didn't happen they said they would have to push me off a day because of weather don't know why weather was sunny. Spring Hill septic pumped me out same day one hour after Jimmy's postponed me."
