Get matched with top septic tank and well pros in Tyler, TX

"Chris and Rody was great. Very knowledgeable and just plan nice people. I've had my system for 15 yrs, and they were the 1st to clean out my 3rd tank. Another company just pumped 2 of a 3 tank system, charged me full price for incomplete service. Well, Chris recognized it was 3 tanks and went to work. When he showed me how full it was, I was very happy that he knew what to do and explained everything so I could understand. I'm disappointed with the other company for ripping me off. I'll only use Ballards from now on moving forward. If you need a company for septic problems, I highly recommend this company, July 2020."

"Randy started and finished the project when he promised. He used high quality materials. He was very professional in all areas of work. I even got a map showing where the septic is located. I will use him again."

"Wooten septic did an excellent job they went out there way to show up at an earlier date than required , and completed the job in a timely manner. Thanks Wooten septic"

"Quite well. We were very pleased with this company's service...maintenance agreement was exactly what we wanted. They rolled the inspection into the contract cost. Since the system had been in place for approx. 7 years, it was due to be pumped; they even recommended two local companies that they considered reliable to pump the system out, as they didn't perforn that service. Thanks, Angie!"

"John was prompt, professional - went above and beyond what I expected. Not only were my tanks bigger than I thought, he checked my lateral lines and they also needed cleaning out. He did both the tanks and the lateral lines explaining what he was doing through the whole process plus stuck to his original quote given based on smaller tanks. He was very personable and treated his employee with respect, never once talking down to him. I was impressed with his work and highly recommend him for any septic work."

"Boyce Septic Service was prompt, polite, and professional. They diagnosed the septic tank problem, then explained what they had to do to resolve it. A job well done! Recommended the best product to use for up-keep of the tank."

"They are a professional company with the most affordable pricing and great customer service. We will use them again in the future for any septic needs we might have. A +++"

"Roel was amazing. He explained and answered all my questions about everything. Unlike most companies, I didn't feel overcharged by any quotes. Being a first time home buyer, I didn't know anything about the septic tanks. He found that I had 3 tanks and cleaned em and advised me on what to do next. I will definitely use them again and recommend em to anyone who asks."
