"We had our septic tank pumped & inspected by a large well known company. They told us we had to replace our D box because water was coming back with the test. They didn't even dig up the D box. They gave us a bid for almost $5,000. We decided to save money & dig it up ourselves & see if it was plugged & then we could fix it & have it re-tested. We dug it up & saw it was crushed. We called Alpha Bravo Septic for a bid. I was very shocked to hear him say it would be a tiny fraction of what we were quoted by the first co. When Alpha Bravo arrived he went right to work, he discovered the problem (MUCH bigger problem). Told us exactly what needed to be done & how long it would take & how much it would cost. His price was still a tiny fraction of the first companies quote (keep in mind they only quoted for D box, I guarantee you had they known what all was wrong it would have easily been over $20,000). Needless to say we passed the inspection & now the new home owners can enjoy a perfectly operating septic system. Alpha Bravo made this whole experience so much less painful & MUCH easier on the pocket book. He was very respetful, honest, a hard worker & did an awesome job. Do yourself a favor have Alpha Bravo come out when you need septic service."

"I am extremely happy with Septic Pro! They were here at the scheduled time, friendly and helpful with the septic service and inspection. I will hire them for future needs."

"After hiring a septic pro last July to pump out my septic and this April noticing leakage over the septic cover, I called Advanced Septic this time and after Wes and Justin reviewed the issue, discovered that the previous pump-out was not done properly and the septic lid was not secured correctly. After a few questions and a crash course given by Wes on how a Septic works and and what and what not to do with my garbage disposal and sprinkler system ( I knew none of this) I soon discovered that I was contributing to the problem. I now have a 100 percent better understanding thanks to Wes and Justin. These guys are a great asset to Advance Septic who should be proud to have them both."

"Went above and beyond to help us with our water well issues."

"Drain Beast Services was amazing to work with! I needed emergency septic tank pumping at my home, and they were quick to get me on their schedule. They were thorough, professional, and efficient, and the job was done fast. Everything was left super clean afterward with no mess at all. I would definitely use them again!"

"Mega Mushroom installed a new water heater in my home. They were fair, professional and did the job well. I would hire them again for any plumbing needs."

"Rob answered a late night call to determine if my issue with my water heater was an emergency. The next day he came out and diagnosed my water heater issue. He determined my water heater was well past its life and needed replaced. Got me a great deal on a new one and set me up with a maintenance plan. In addition he educated quoted me on mini splits maintenance."

"Toilet installed crooked and had a leak at the tank. Could have spent 5 more minutes in my house to ensure "quality work", but was in a hurry to leave."

"I needed it done immediately because the basement toilet was no longer flushing. We had used them before and were satisfied with the service. However, though we expressed the immediate need for the service, it was about a week later before they finally called. We had already drained the tank by then."

"Very happy with the entire experience. Got an estimate which was the lowest of the 4 plumbing companies that I contacted for the job. I felt the price was reasonable and pretty close to the price I thought it would cost. The job was done at the agreed upon estimate quote price, no additional cost after the fact. I was able to schedule the job next day. The Plumber was on time and only took him 1 1/2 hours to complete the job. Work was very well done and very happy with result. Cost - $1,339.00 + Tax."
