"I hired them to pump my septic tank after seeing their ad outside of Jarrettsville. Saul came out and gave me a very reasonable price, and got the job done quickly. I am satisfied with their work."

"This is a highly responsive company, I submitted a request 10 PM, they called at 7:30 AM, sent a technician out a few hours later, provided a quote and were on the job the next day to install a new well pump and water tank. This is outstanding service, I highly recommend them."

"Brendan our tech service guy was professional, efficient and serviced our yearly checkup on our filter tank. He called before getting to our home and was right on time. I always ask a million questions and he was very knowledgeable! I would definitely recommend Blue Atlantic!"

"Eagle Septic repaired our drywell in our septic last week. We called him with a urgent request as we were selling our home & needed the repair done quickly. Nate was quick to respond & get out to give us an estimate of the work that needed to be done. He & his team were very polite & respectful & are knowledgeable in their profession. We would definitely recommend Eagle Septic. Nate was a pleasure to work with as well."

"I got home after several months away. The toilet flooded the bathroom on first flush. I browsed Angie's List the next morning and arranged for a visit the next morning by Charles Moon Plumbing (I have another toilet I could use). The plumber was prompt, very nice and helpful, presented 2 options for the repair, and performed the work quickly. Everything is still fine in September 2012.
I bought a service contract that gives the customer 20% off on any work they do, including the work done that day. In retrospect, I would prefer not to have to commit to this company and for them to just use straight pricing without a service contract gimmick.
In April I phoned the company for an estimate to hook up my house to the newly installed county sewer system. The estimated price was much higher than the estimates from 2 other companies, even with the 20% discount. Bottom line: I will have Charles Moon do small jobs, but I'll have to go to a bigger company for large jobs.
