Got a response within 20 minutes of posting my problem. A technician was scheduled to be here by 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, was here approx. 8:20 a.m., assesed the problem, gave me the breakdown (best case/worse case scenerio, which is how I like to approach things). Work began on schedule; had a few "bumps in the road" - but the problem was taken care of. I can't say enough good things about the customer service, expertise, and the peace of mind to know a bad situation was going to be addressed and solved. "The plumber said my backed up pipes were from the septic system needing to be cleaned. Called Max Haas Company and they were able to get someone out the same day. They dug down to the tank top and cleaned the tank. Unfortunately, that didn't solve my plumbing problem but their service was excellent. Would definitely use them again.
