"We worked with Bill Denton. He helped us select a piece of property, modify an existing floor plan that he had built previously, and construct our home. Overall we had a great experience with Seminole. We got exactly the house we wanted for a price comparable to the national builders around us, but our house was completely custom. The quality and workmanship were very good, and the subs he used were very professional and all seemed very skilled in their trades. There were a few hic-ups along the way, but that is part of construction. Overall I would recommend Seminole to anyone and would a house with them again if we weren't planning on living in this one for the next 20 years."

Initially, we were interested in making our already existing screened porch a sunroom. We had received numerous quotes for $12k and up so in a final attempt we decided to try Express Sunrooms. Todd came out and met with us and we explained what we wanted. He agreed that traditional sunrooms could get very expensive but immediately came up with a great solution with the EZE Breeze Vinyl Enclosures. They were less than half the cost of the glass windows but still allowed the option of a three season room. It was the perfect solution!   From the date we signed with Todd, it took about 3 weeks for the supplies to come in.  Todd and his crew showed up on a Thursday and were done by lunchtime on Friday.  The guys were extremely friendly and courteous and answered any questions I had.  They took pride in their work and even did a great job of cleaning up afterwards!  Overall, it was the easiest “renovation” we’ve done yet – I only wish we had found these guys sooner!

"I was amazed at the work they performed. I contacted Ryan to explain about my old house that had a very sooty and mossy brick chimney...not to mention a very dirty brick patio. I was worried that the old grout in my brick would be damaged by pressure washing, Ryan assured me that they would be very gentle...by first treating problem areas, scrubbing if needed and then rinsing with gentle pressure. He said they could also clean the wooden part of my house and deck. They cleaned the wooden areas and did not damage any old paint. They did an outstanding job...above and beyond my expectations. The crew was very punctual and polite...they completed the job in the promised time frame. I will definitely hire Excel Pro Services for other work. My old house has a fresh new look....Thank You Ryan and crew!!!"

"The job went fantastic. It was done in a timely fashion and the price was very reasonable. The 5 tv's and the first home theater system were done all on the first day . All wires were hidden and absolutely no mess . Was very Impressed how quickly it was done . They took the time to explain how everything was going to be done . The second home theater system was in a theater room which needed to be redesigned. It Took 2 days . The carpentry work and painting went fantastic . I was also Was extremely satisfied with the Equipment Alan recommended . The end result was a fantastic sounding system. I would highly recommend this company."
