"After interviewing representatives from two other companies (Home Depot & Pella) and viewing many Window World YouTube installation videos, I selected Window World. Home Depot - I didn't feel comfortable using Home depot, although their window seemed to be a high quality window. I just didn't feel good about their proposed installation process. Pella - While I felt comfortable with the window quality and the installation process, their pricing was nearly double what Window World quoted. I asked all three vendors what they could tell me about the other two companies. This was quite informative. I was impressed that all were hesitant to say anything negative about the others. However, I pressed them to share why they felt I should select them over the others. The Pella representative made statements which later research revealed were either misleading or false. This created trust issues. The Window World installation crew arrived when expected and worked well together. They surpassed my expectations by "going the extra mile". I had many questions during the installation, which they answered completely. The crew leader even made a suggestion (then implemented it) for how to deal with the spot left over when mullions were removed during conversion from side by side double hung windows to one larger sliding window in 3 different locations. I don't handle surprises well, so I ask lots of questions and do lots of research beforehand. Yes, their were some surprises with Window World, but they were all "good" surprises which exceeded my expectations.. The work was completed much quicker than I expected. They cleaned up the demolition mess completely. The windows look very good and function well."

"I did my window homework. Talked with three window and door companies. Did not choice Midland Exteriors, because they were not the company that did my siding years ago. If I was not returning to the siding installers, Midland Exterior was doing an excellent job at trying to get business. Very polite. Thank you."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. "I can't speak highly enough about the quality, products, communication, and detailed nature of the employees at Continental Siding. Juan, the work-site foreman, went out of his way to explain the procedures and make sure I had no unanswered questions. He made sure my property was cleaned up thoroughly at the end of every day and they worked full days, including Saturday. Juan and his 4 man crew kept in close communication with me on a daily basis so I new their plans before it happened. My house was in dire need of major repair before any thought of siding could be had. Again, Juan explained everything they needed to do and why, before replacing at least 1/2 of my house with new ply-wood, etc. Continental Siding insists on making your house a solid foundation before wrapping their siding. Sounds great to me!! I know other companies do not to it this way. I've checked. The cost is comparable to others, even though I was hesitant at first. I checked the numbers and especially when you factor in all the repair that had to be dealt with first, Continental Siding was actually a cost-saving choice. I made an incredibly wise investment going with Continental Siding and I am beyond thrilled with the results."

"When I first looked at them and signed the contract all was fairly good on Angies List, then they got de-listed for past business practices.
The project:
Extremely poor communications, I had to initiate all followup. Lots of excuses from them, some of them a bit off the wall. I took a week off of my business travel to be here for the project and they never showed up. Had to take a second week. Also, they are evidently not listed as an authorized Hardie installer on Hardie's site. That does not seem to affect warranty thankfully.
It is also apparent that the owners can not fund their projects or payroll and we had to pay for all materials and then they ask for immediate progress payments to pay the crew.  Then with the material leftovers they "get" you and the returned product refunds go to them via the distributor after pick up. Vantage Point did not offer any refund option for materials returned yet we paid for them. We also got no break in markup for product since we paid and more or less funded (we were the bank)  this project.
The actual crew for the Hardie siding was great and per the distributor they are the best crew in town for Hardie. They subcontract to the owners so you may get other crews on your project. Workmanship seems to be spot on but again, this is the crew. Painters were good too but again, had to call in my credit card number when they went to get the paint. 
You will have to project manage them if you decide to use them but I would wait until there is a clearer picture of just who they are, what their past business practices have actually been and that they are financially strong enough to fund the projects. Per other postings on other sites they have had other businesses in the past where there is controversy.
This is the first time Angie's list has let me down due to slow action to de-list the company and also take action to have them remove their Angie's list service awards from their advertising. Thankfully the crew that did the work was top notch. Oh, and there will probably be a response from Vantage Point, there is a pattern to their responses....read carefully.

"Repairman was professional and friendly. Choice Warranty stated cost to repair out weighs cost to replace so will be sending a check. Only down side is check can take up to 30 days to get here which is inconvenient."
