"Larry and his crew did a great job performing the asbestos abatement work that was required in my condo building.  They were professional, clean, and a pleasure to work with.  Larry did a great job explaining the work and was very patent with some of the residents' concerns.  I hope to never need any future asbestos work, but if I do, All Clear will be the first I call.

"I couldn’t be happier with Amir, I am glad that I found him. I’ve been dealing with many contractors and they all have been unprofessional, dirty, and they slowly neglect the job to work elsewhere, leaving mine incomplete. I’ve had to be on top of them just to get the work done, they would usually show up when it was time to get paid. I had lost faith with all contractors, that is until I found Amir. He is the opposite of what I’ve dealt with, professional, to the point, honest and works cleanly. He recently paved a four garage driveway. I will come back and add additional details about my experience with Amir once the whole job is completed, but, as of right now, I am extremely happy. The work is getting done, and quickly. The foundation work started with in a couple of days after we signed the contract. If this was a different contractor, I can positively say that I would still be waiting for the work to begin. If you want to have a horrible experience, do not hire Amir, because you will only have a good, professional experience. Amazing work Amir."

"I recently purchased my first home with issues. TME Construction was hired to repair leaking windows and a cinder block wall. Tony and his crew arrived 30 minutes early and started working immediately. They checked to see if the windows were installed correctly and they were. Then all the windows were sealed. My wonderful dog knocked over a cinder block off the top of a block wall fence (low fence big dog). They repaired the block wall and today you would never know it ever happened. Tony made sure that my wonderful dog could never knock down the cinder block again! My side gate was broken and Tony fixed it for me which was not included in my service request nor did I ask. That was awesome! Tony and his crew went above and beyond and I am so fortunate that I found his company! I highly recommend TME Construction. "I hired Joe to replace my deck boards with a composite. First he gave me a quote for complete deck replace including railings. The price dropped by half for just deck boards. I pointed out some dry rot and price went up 1k. As he started work more and more dry rot was found. He gave me a flat price to replace all dry rot. That final price was half way between the two original quotes. He kept finding more dry rot and he spent a lot of time leveling the deck. So it was probably correctly priced. All the dry rot and leveling added 2 days. The end product looks god. There are still some oddities but this is due to how uneven the original deck was. My two complaints would be they marked lines on the boards with pencil that did not come out. I had to get an eraser and spent a few hours erasing the lines. On a wood deck stain would have covered it. Last complaint is many boards have no space between them. The water may drain better if the gaps were better. On a plus side after work was completed he did come back to plug a screw hole that did not have a screw."

"They always arrive on time or a little early, which I LOVE.  They get right to work and are personable and professional and friendly.  I have had a problem for years with my garage flooding in heavy rain.  The property sends water around the side of my yard and it backs up against said door, warping it and leaking under it into the garage.  Every time it rains any significant amount, I have to run out to the garage & move anything that will be harmed by water (boxes, etc.).  So, I had them raise the door and configure a sill the is 1" or a little more, which is just enough to send the water under the fence right next to the door.  Problem solved!  The job looks great and I will say they do know what they're doing with doors.  I've had them replace interior doors before, so I knew that.  Nice job!  Then they took out my old, leaking water heater & installed the new one I purchased, adding a pan under it and very heavy earthquake straps.  Lastly, they checked out my roof leak, which turned out to be a vent that had been installed by someone else a few years ago that had never been sealed, so that when it rains it runs down the pipe into my heater closet.  It only entailed getting on the roof & sealing around the vent, but it was just one more of those things that needed to be done.  I'm so happy with the work and the workers, and relieved to have the job done painlessly (for me!).  They always clean up well and haul away all debris.  You can't even tell they've been there most times!  I highly recommend this company."

"dFelipe a crew member worked in this vacant apartment for few days and simultaneously had an assistant working on the cleaning the kitchen floor, clean the walls, prep cabinets and fixing shelves in food pantry area while tightening plumbing fixtures and overhead fan. Felipe and an additional associate took drapes down from entire apt and wrapped them in plastic and put away in closet. The windows were taped throughout apt and detail brush work was done and on next day starting rolling paint on ceiling and walls over the next couple days paying attention to details for every room in the apt including interior doors.
Felipe coordinated with a sub-contractor replacement of carpet throughout while also getting me quotes for laminate flooring with his recommendations.
He's a gentleman that is honorable and his word is gold. He's very detailed oriented and will ask you what your goal and plan his estimate on how complete of a job you need for a long term tenant and not afraid to suggest a simple inexpensive suggestion. You can trust him leaving the apt as he will wrap up, clean everyday and lock up as he doesn't need much supervision or overseeing.
I have used Felipe to construct a new plastic fence between my neighbor and myself and did an excellent job as the wood fence fell over and he took charge from beginning to end while doing most of the work himself. He will not rest until you are happy with the job that you had agreed beforehand. His estimates are detailed and broken down so you know what you are paying for. I highly recommend Felipe for new tile work, plumbing, fencing, complete painting work and general handy work.
