"Our review is based on the purchase (part 1) for replacing siding for both side of our home. Jacob L. was very professional, on time, and honest. He knows what he is selling. We learned a lot about our home during his presentation. Before we bought our home we paid for a professional home inspection. We thought our house inspector was very good but he did miss something---the siding on the sides of our home was installed extremely bad. Jacob pointed out so much that we just didn't know and should have be caught during our home inpection. Thanks Jacob!!"

They were very tidy, organized, and kept me informed as the project progressed. The siding material was new to him as it was to most builders who estimated this job, SmartSiding, and he researched the product and installed it according to the manufacturers guidelines. The end result looks great. We had to overcome several poor designs from the original build and Lamar and his crew problem solved these difficulties to perfection. "Expert and efficent work finished in 2-1/2 days, including cleaning up all debris and hauling away. The product is as I expected although I think it's a bit on the pricey side. I chose this group because Mike, the salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and out of 3 other estimates, this was the best. I'm glad I chose them and would recommend them to others."

Throughout the project they allocated sufficient time for each treatment to cure and inspected the work before proceeding to the next step. Grady started the project with no money down and only required ongoing payments for materials until the project was well underway. The final payment was due only after they did a final inspection. Total project cost was also below other bids."
