All areas were cleaned up when they left. I had a feature I wanted to repaint before I had it installed on my front porch. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"The workers doing our siding and deck did a great job. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and competent. There were a couple of minor issues with the siding and Safety First was quick to respond and rectify the issues. I did change my mind on a couple of deck issues -- while we are very happy with the workmanship and with the attentiveness of Safety First, I would caution anyone who needs assistance in choosing options while making decisions, to do some homework before hiring any contractor. Make sure everyone is on the same page before construction begins. There are some communication issues that could be improved but based on the workmanship, we are happy. We have had several people stop and tell us how nice and fantastic the deck looks and how much the siding has changed our home. We are still waiting for completion of our siding due to the deck addition, and one handrail needing to be added to the deck - both should be completed by end of next week."

"Technician determined due to age of refrigerator the compressor could not be repaired. Technician was very prompt and professional letting me know exactly what was wrong with the refrigerator. However, Choice Warranty decided to give me a buy out of only $450.00. Old refrigerator was a side by side Amana with indoor water and ice. Choice Warranty did not replace my old refrigerator with something comparable as I thought the warranty was going to do. The $450 buy out was hardly enough to buy a basic top freezer model. If I wanted to by a similar side by side I had to pay the difference out of my pocket."
