I am a young business owner and brand new father! I have worked all over the construction industry from a young age and became a licensed plumber before I finished highschool. The name “One man” Freelancing was inspired by my service in the WV national guard where I still currently serve as the “one man” a term given to the cannon crewmember who loads and fires the artillery cannons. I have a broad range of knowledge and problem solving skills, if I don’t know how to do the job I will surely be able to learn and you will not be disappointed with results!

"Russ was very professional. Made the necessary repairs in short order. If ever in the need again, I would make Russ my first call."

"We were 100% satisfied with the service from Murphy Family Services. The Technician got our kitchen lights running again. He also discovered a faulty switch in our wet bar area on the other side of the kitchen wall. The Technician was thorough and friendly. We were happy with his service, and we wouldn't hesitate to call Murphy Family Services again."

"Technician determined due to age of refrigerator the compressor could not be repaired. Technician was very prompt and professional letting me know exactly what was wrong with the refrigerator. However, Choice Warranty decided to give me a buy out of only $450.00. Old refrigerator was a side by side Amana with indoor water and ice. Choice Warranty did not replace my old refrigerator with something comparable as I thought the warranty was going to do. The $450 buy out was hardly enough to buy a basic top freezer model. If I wanted to by a similar side by side I had to pay the difference out of my pocket."

"They arrived on time and completed the work in a timely manner. I was very pleased with their work. They also installed at an earlier time plastic under my house. They even noticed that insulation work I had done by another contractor was not completed. I called the contractor and told him they noticed his work and he came back and finished the job.  I didn't know it at the time, but they also install insulation. I would use them again."

"Very well. Mr. Cloonan performed weekly scheduled lawn care for my personal property as well as rental unit. Was very conscientious. He also pressure washed house siding & deck. Was very thorough in his work. Placed furniture back on deck precisely as before."
