"I had a very good experience.  I am a person that likes to ask a lot of questions and try a lot of paint samples.  George was great about explaining the difference in paint quality and finishes.  He also was very good about taking the time to help me decided between the paint choices I narrowed down. (I'm so glad we went with the Swiss Coffee he recommended for the trim and not the ultra white.)

My siding was not the highest quality and I was pleasantly surprised by how good the wood repair and painting turned out.  They couldn't perform  miracles, but the end result was much nicer than I anticipated and the noticeably damaged wood looks good.  There was a problem with replacing some of the thin, horizontal accent strips of wood along the house.  Originally George thought he could get matching wood, but it turned out that it would have to be specially  milled for a high price.  He more than made up for it by taking the time to move some of the original strips from the less noticeable parts of the house to the more noticeable parts.    He then replaced the moved strips and gave me discount on some of the wood replacement.  The net result is the accent wood looks good, the replacements don't stand out, and I am very happy  he went through the extra effort to make me satisfied.   

Because of the type of wood on my house and concern for color, George put on three coats of the color paint.  His guys back-rolled it after spraying.  The extra time they took really made a difference; the result is great.  The only things I think could have been done better was the taping job.  There was a few spots where the taping was a tad off and they had to clean some paint off the vinyl sidings of the windows and I had break up a little excess paint where the garage met the weather stripping.  However, given how much cheaper they were compared to other estimates, I certainly think I received excellent quality for the money and I doubt I would have gotten much better results (or maybe not even as good of results) if I went with somebody else costing one or two thousand dollars more.

George was great about coming by at the end of the job and touching up everything I pointed out.  I liked that he was willing to do work alongside his guys when it came to some finishing touches and making sure I am satisfied.  He made sure to let me know if there was something missed or a touch up was needed that I could call him and let him know.  I would certainly have George back to do painting again and recommend him to anyone needing their home painted."

"The stucco patch work was top notch. Corrected prior stucco job at side patio roof area, rear guest house and west facing wall at front house. Color matched the new stucco with the original color of the stucco very well. Very happy with the stucco patchwork."

"My technician, Dan Martin, was very punctual, professional, and efficient. He arrived early and gave me a couple estimates including worst case scenarios so I would have no surprises in case things got complicated. My shower tub’s grouting needed a thorough cleaning due to mold, water and even bugs getting in. Dan was able to remove the shower door foundation while keeping the doors in tact and thoroughly cleaned the shower door foundation, tub and put everything back with new caulking so it all looked brand new! He was very efficient with the time yet thorough in his job and updated me along the way so I knew what he was doing. Quality of work was great but definitely on the pricier side. But well worth it. I would definitely hire Mr. Handyman again in the future."

He replaced the posts and joists underneath the deck and sanded, refinished and painted the pergola. We had our wood slats removed and replaced with custom cable railings which came out even better than I expected. He was very easy to work with and extremely accommodating. He worked within our budget as well. I interviewed about 10 contractors for this job and had a great feeling about Isaac and his company and he was willing and able to do exactly what I wanted. "I scheduled Felipe on a day that I had time off work, and he was able to honor that day and show up to do the work. He even picked up the large wood siding pieces from Home Depot for me. He is a hard worker, and as the day was ending, he noticed that one of the panels was not fitting to his liking. He asked if he could come back to redo it to a higher standard. I wasn't available the next day, but he scheduled for a day that worked, and then he came and fixed the issues and completed the job, with no extra charge from his original quote. Rare to find somebody who is so committed to their work, and getting it right for the customer without over-charging!"
