They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. "The door had been kicked in by an employee trying to get access without a key.  Door was splintered and unable to be fixed. The doorframe was also an odd size so it required a special cut to be done. John worked with us to get the damaged door removed and measured to be taken to the location to have the new one specially cut since it was not a normal size.  He returned and replaced the door for us.  We were closing this location and the landlord was happy as were we with the job.
