"Dustin and Troy came to our new house in Weiser to inspect our roof and talk about its condition and what we might do or not do. They showed up on time, which made me happy. They seemed to be polite and energetic young men. They explained what they were going to do and then they did it. After inspecting the roof, they came inside crawl through the attic taking pictures. They told us what they found and what we needed to do if we want toâ no pressure, no gimmicks, and so far no problems. We decided to replace the roof, so Dustin took us through the whole process of what, when, how much, and did it with a smile! Troy was there to keep Dustin in line and make sure he got it right. Both men were pleasant to work with, and fun to talk to. They seemed to know their business, and as I have been in construction most of my life, I was happy."

"The contractor did excellent work at a reasonable price. After finding numerous flaws with the current siding, I decided to do the whole house. I was able to talk with the contractor as the work proceeded and he answered all my questions. He corrected several issues that contributed to the degradation of the existing siding to ensure the new siding would last. After installing the siding he painted the entire house and added extra touches that really set the house off. Needless to say I am extremely pleased with the high quality of work, attention to detail, and the overall project."

In over 36 years of home ownership and having concrete pour I have never had a contractor that did it the old fashioned way with rebar and drilling rebar into any existing foundation. Thats hhow my grandpa and father said it was done right. All my other pours with other contractors were met with ?the fiberglass concrete is stronger than any rebar or mesh?. And over 36 years I had. Racked concrete. Santiago poured 28 yards of concrete and I am more than a satisfied customer. I?m a supporter."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Highroad Roofing was very responsive and timely in the repair of my roof. They did the best cleanup I’ve ever had as it relates to trash and nails in the yard after the repairs. The summer after I had the roof replaced I noticed a few shingles missing, they were out within just a couple of days to fix the issue."

"This company did a pretty good job on the roof, but I am finding that my window seals leek. The company did a great job on the new gutters and drain pipes. The company was pretty fast getting the job done. The two complaints that I have with them is the leeks, and lack of professionalism. The reason that I say this is because, when the workers were tearing off my old roof, one of them also took off with my satelight dish off the roof. When I called about it, the girl in the office was quite rude, and told me that I had told them that they could have it. I didn't say anything of the kind, why would I? They did refuse to return the dish.
