"Bob treated my home as though it was his own. Though the project required a bit more work than originally assumed, Bob never complained, worked diligently and adhered to his original estimate. Professional, Personable and Trustworthy."

"I hired Mr. Workman because he had great reviews on a number of projects. I needed the roof replaced on a 20 year old 8x10 shed. He and his helper had the job performed in a half a day, cleaned up the area well. I felt the price was quite reasonable."

"Excellent team that worked very hard and consistently until the job was finished. They were a professional team that treated my home with respect. They cleaned up at the end of each day. I would consider them one of the premier roofing companies in our area."

I am a young business owner and brand new father! I have worked all over the construction industry from a young age and became a licensed plumber before I finished highschool. The name “One man” Freelancing was inspired by my service in the WV national guard where I still currently serve as the “one man” a term given to the cannon crewmember who loads and fires the artillery cannons. I have a broad range of knowledge and problem solving skills, if I don’t know how to do the job I will surely be able to learn and you will not be disappointed with results!

"In a single word, the work performed by A&K Power Washing was “SUPERIOR.”  Owner, Anthony, quickly provided an estimate to power wash/seal driveway, porch and walkways; clean vinyl siding, soffits, fascia and dormers; apply chemical application to roof shingles to prevent staining/mold, install gutter guards and lastly, clean indoor chandeliers.  Within a few days, we were quickly scheduled and A&K transformed the outside our 20 year-old home into “like-new condition”.  A&K was professional, friendly, honest, took pride in the job they were performing and had superior work ethic.  With A&K Power Washing, and most especially owner, Anthony, we received outstanding service.  The entire experience was a pleasure. Furthermore, we have requested another estimate from Anthony to paint shutters, repair and refinish wood entryway door and lay cement, as we know A&K will do a great job.  Many thanks to A&K Power Washing, LLC.

"Technician determined due to age of refrigerator the compressor could not be repaired. Technician was very prompt and professional letting me know exactly what was wrong with the refrigerator. However, Choice Warranty decided to give me a buy out of only $450.00. Old refrigerator was a side by side Amana with indoor water and ice. Choice Warranty did not replace my old refrigerator with something comparable as I thought the warranty was going to do. The $450 buy out was hardly enough to buy a basic top freezer model. If I wanted to by a similar side by side I had to pay the difference out of my pocket."

"Knowledgeable, professional craftsmen who are without a doubt the BEST construction firm in Charleston !! A honest, sincere team that puts quality into every job with customer satisfaction one of their key components. Would and will DEFINATELY hire this exceptional firm !!!!"

"They arrived on time and completed the work in a timely manner. I was very pleased with their work. They also installed at an earlier time plastic under my house. They even noticed that insulation work I had done by another contractor was not completed. I called the contractor and told him they noticed his work and he came back and finished the job.  I didn't know it at the time, but they also install insulation. I would use them again."

"I recently hired Blue Wave, and I couldn't be happier with the results. They exceeded my expectations in every way. Jordan was punctual, professional, and incredibly thorough. My home looks brand new after their service. Not a speck of dirt or grime left anywhere. They truly transformed the appearance of my property. I highly recommend Blue Wave for anyone in need of top-notch pressure washing services. I'll definitely be using them in the future!"
