I asked four different contractors to submit quotes for the job and Paul came back with a price at or below the others, but quoted premium insulated vinyl siding where as the others quoted regular siding. Paul's team, Mr. Jung and Alex are tireless workers, even working weekends when weather took the weekdays away. The previous owners had new siding put on as a part of "flipping" the house 5 years ago. However, the contractors they hired did not repair the rotted out, molded, and left holes everywhere. They also failed to add house wrap, which created an even more hazardous living condition for my family. Paul's team used over 70 pieces of plywood to fix the house and never once complained about the extra work. They made sure things were done right for us. 10 stars for Innovative! "Two shingles, which were improperly installed by the homebuilder, fell off the roof just before the remnants of a tropical storm came through.  In addition, I was aware that the rubber seals on the plumbing vent roof flashings was deteriorating and needed to be fixed or replaced.
I called Georgia at Spicer Brothers on a Thursday morning, and explained the urgency of my situation with the coming heavy rains.  She worked with their projects manager to send a crew out that day.  The repairmen who responded were experienced, and not only fixed the fallen shingles but also identified that surrounding shingles had been nailed improperly.  They re-nailed several surrounding shingles and applied adhesive to reinforce the area as best as possible. 
The crew also installed permaboots over the plumbing vent flashings to prevent leaks. 
I was very happy with the service and price seemed reasonable, especially since they had to pull a crew off another job to respond to my emergency.  I would definitely use them again for repairs and will look to them when it comes time to replace the roof.

"Fantastic roof job. Very careful- we have not found a single nail in our yard, flowerbeds were covered and they were careful not to damage them.. Fast- Erick showed up the day I called for a quote, and then the day of service they were in by 7:30 and out by about 3:30. Very fair price- 3 got three quotes and Erick's was the lowest but offered exact same service. Good- the roof looks great, flashing well done, everything even and smooth. Would definitely recommend them. The only lesson I learned? And this is just an FYI, nothing to do with Canales- If you have stuff in your attic, I recommend covering it with a tarp. The old asphalt roof grit falls in the old nail holes and makes a mess."

"Justin Greenberg was recommended to me for work to be addressed at our 1830’s farmhouse property. Initally I needed to have a small barn/woodshed rebuilt including, siding, roofing, window installation, and painting. The project was completed successfully, within my budget and on time. Justin’s carpentry skills were used to refurbish a utility trailer. An old split rail fence was in need of repair and he secured the materials to bring the fence up to par with the existing fencing. Several of our mature trees needed a degree of topping/trimming. Justin proved to be skilled in this area of landscaping. Justin installed an electric wench/lift in the barn to raise our lawn/garden tractors for servicing. In short, Justin is my go-to handyman for small and large projects ."
