"In July of 2020 I had substantial work done on my house by Your Exterior Pros. I was thrilled with the work at the time. I was recently in Savannah and was disappointed to see that the "boxes" on the porch are looking terrible. Attached are photos taken recently. I'm surprised that these boxes had deteriorated so quickly as it's not even been three years. I have contacted the company, but they have not replied back. I no longer can recommend them."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Roxine and her crew did a excellent job. A day and a half of prep work on the house prior to painting. Minor replacement of some siding, trim and soffit also. Great attention to detail. Painted the entire exterior of the house and the result was fantastic. Any and all questions were answered promptly. A tired house looks new again. "Technician determined due to age of refrigerator the compressor could not be repaired. Technician was very prompt and professional letting me know exactly what was wrong with the refrigerator. However, Choice Warranty decided to give me a buy out of only $450.00. Old refrigerator was a side by side Amana with indoor water and ice. Choice Warranty did not replace my old refrigerator with something comparable as I thought the warranty was going to do. The $450 buy out was hardly enough to buy a basic top freezer model. If I wanted to by a similar side by side I had to pay the difference out of my pocket."
