"We needed to have our fence repaired or replace so I contacted this company called Affordable Fence. Mr.CHARLES THURSON came to our house, introduced himself in a proffesional and friendly manner and we immediately bonded as we had so much in common. We are both God loving men and have a strong passion for football.He is very personable and my wife and I ttusted him and knew that he was the man for the job. He surveyed the job meticulously and took extensive notes and explained to me as we walked around the entire fence. He noticed that one of our window frames was damaged and he said that he would take care of that also. He wrote up the contract to our satisfaction, we paid the down payment and he promised to start the job within 45 days. To us that was reasonable. I was pleasantly surprised when he called and said that he would have his crew at my house within 2 weeks! Let me tell you that less than one month after meeting Charles, our fence was completely repaired, painted and look like a new fence. Our fence went from an eyesore to the envy of our neighborhood. I recommendCharles and his crew very highly as I know they will do a great job in a proffesional and timely manner!!"

"My overall experience with Pronto was excellent and I would recommend them to others who are in need of repairs around the house. Colby Duncan & the Handyman who did the work (apologies - I can’t remember his name) were prompt, courteous, and easy to work with. I needed work done to the exterior of my house to close a gap between the siding and foundation - here’s the summary: Pros - Booking appointments was easy and they had sufficient availability to fit my schedule. I received an email upon my inquiry as well as a phone call to schedule the estimate. Once the estimate was done, I received an email with the details as well as a call to schedule the work. What I appreciated most was the text message communications I received after the phone call (I was in meetings and couldn’t answer but was able to schedule the work with Colby via texts). Lastly, they have a user-friendly online portal that allows you to manage your account and pay for the work. - They called in advance to let me know when the Handyman would be arriving for both the estimate and the work appointments. Additionally, they called me the day before my scheduled appointment to ask if they could do the work that afternoon since the Handyman was in my area - I appreciated that they were proactive with getting the work done. - The Handyman was very nice and did quality work in a reasonable amount of time. Overall cost for materials/labor was competitively priced. Cons - My only minor issue was having to explain to the Handyman what needed to be done. I’m assuming this happened because my appointment was rescheduled to an earlier day and there wasn’t adequate time to review the estimate but it wasn’t a hassle as the Handyman was a sharp guy - it just surprised me because Pronto appears to be operating like a well-oiled machine. Either way, it wouldn’t deter me from calling these guys again in the future. Thank you, Colby and Handyman (again, I’m sorry I don’t have your name)!"

"Great contractor to work with! We recently had a delivery driver drive their vehicle through our garage door causing structural damages to our home. Contacted Michael Roper for assistance and he and his guys were onsite within 24 hours to inspect the damages and develop a repair plan. We experienced difficultly with the driver's insurance and Michael was there for assistance in that department as well. Very professional group to work with and their communications are excellent. Michael was very easy to work with and flexible with our schedule. Job was quoted and time frame for repair was given. Michael and his team delivered as promised! Did not even hesitate to accept a few additional requests that were made for improvements to preexisting issues.
