"We had an outstanding experience with Make a Choice Home Exterior. Our home is 3-sides brick and several pieces of siding and trim had begun to rot. We also had 2 fixed pane 4'x5' windows replaced and the entire house painted. Our project manager, Ivan was fantastic and we couldn't have asked for a more professional person. He was attentive to our needs and desires and would offer recommendations when asked. It was obvious that customer satisfaction was his goal. At the end of everyday during our project, other than the completed work, we couldn't tell the work crew was onsite, everything was cleaned up! "We hired Dixon because the Angie's list reviews, which  were good, interestingly.  We needed our new, custom replacement windows painted the right way so we wouldn't have to deal with replacements again, so we paid top dollar to a "professional" painter, rather than the independent guys who put flyers in our box, and often do a great job.  We  decided it was time to paint the outside too.  The Dixon painters were so bad.  I had to point out to one that he had to remove the divided light grills from the new widows to paint.   He was painting around them.  Someone translated for me, and I was told that it was too hard to take them out.  Unbelievable!!!!  The window replacement guys had no trouble getting the grills in and out.  Dixon dripped paint all down three of our plantation shutters, which I didn't find until it had dried .They didn't paint the underside of any of the new sills, which were installed primed, so the white was hard to miss.  We asked them to check all woodwork, and replace any rotting pieces.  They didn't find at least 5 places that we ended up replacing and repainting within 6 months of them working on our home.  (We never called Dixon about it because my husband didn't want them back at our house.) They painted right over the rust on the iron rails on the porch with no prep at all, and dripped black paint on our brick steps and porch.  I literally had to walk around the entire work site the whole time they were here to oversee and point out things they had missed or spilled.  The painting was so bad and incomplete and unprofessional that it made me wonder if they had picked up day labor on the way to my house.  I will call the independent guy from the mailbox flyer next time.  He does a much more careful, professional job than Dixon.

"We contracted with TopStar to do siding replacement and painting of the house exterior. Hector, the project manager, was great to work with. He worked the project schedule around our needs and stayed in constant contact with us before and during the project. Both the siding and painting crews were excellent. There were professional, highly skilled, very hard workers, and maintained a clean worksite. We changed scope in the middle of the project (decided to paint the house's brickwork) and they accommodated that change easily. In fact, the whole project went much faster than we had expected. We will definitely use TopStar if we have another home improvement project."

"SR Construction was prompt and professional. They patched the EIFS (synthetic) stucco where woodpeckers had been making holes in our siding and our chimney. Prompt, courteous, and professional. I actually couldn't see where the repairs were made as they patched and painted (we supplied the paint due to color matching) and were finished in a very timely manner. After all was said and done they left no evidence of themselves or the woodpeckers. I highly recommend them for your home repairs."

"Vio was great! He came on schedule and worked hard. He did a final walk through and was very thorough. We needed the exsisting stucco around the base of our home fixed. He knowcked off the old stuff and added new. He even helped us choose a color and put everything that needed to be moved back when he was finished. Some provide astronomical assessments, and when asked to break down parts and labor costs, become argumentative and even angry. Derek is now my go-to for any home repair.
