He explained things very clearly and made me very comfortable that he knew what he was doing and would provide a high quality product that would last and be safe. However, we did significantly reduce the scope of work that was done at this time due to the information Ezra gave us because the underdeck water management system he talked to me about was very impressive and made us reconsider spending money on something else, it didn’t feel like a good investment.
