We scheduled an appointment and met, reviewed what I wanted, and settled on a price that I thought was fair. We had a little scheduling problem when we started but once they got started the work went fast since he brought a six person crew and they knocked it out in a little over a day. "Jamie came when scheduled, he had the tools and materials needed to get my gutters firmly bolted on to my house with the proper length bolts needed ( which had not happened with a previous company) . The original assessment was thorough and had great pictures and description of what needed to be done. I also had a vent cap missing that I had planned to attempt to replace myself, but he measured and sent pictures and I purchased the cap and Jamie screwed it on for me. We even went to some of his previous jobs to verify the quality of his work. At the time he worked on our home, he only had a business license and not a contractor license.
