"Brian was excellent. He texted ahead of time to confirm the appointment, was on time, worked steadily for 3.5 hrs and charged us BELOW his estimate since we had to delay a bit of the work. Ours is an old house and he was very creative and resourceful in adjusting his approach based on what was behind each wall or (in the case of the coat-rack shelf) already on the wall, and what would require the least amount of repainting/caulking later. He advised us wisely on a host of other projects for no extra cost. Because his price was so reasonable and his work so solid we are already having him back next Saturday! We just bought this house last year and it's such a relief to find someone to take care of the many odd jobs required."

"3 Son’s Siding & Gutters LLC did my roof about four months ago.They came and gave me a price that was more than fair…3 Son’s were very professional,work very safely.They stripped two layers, found that they had to get plywood and replace the whole roof, it was a bit more but they did the plywood, re-shingled the roof in the one day.i was very impressed with the way all the workers did what needed to be done. The job was done in a day and a half,all the mess was picked up went around the house with magnets picking up all the nails.All I can say I believe they are very professional, very concerned about how my property was left I think it was cleaner than when they started.Very good crew did a great job couldn’t be any happier.
