"From the very start ,Dan, the sales representative was extremely helpful in answering the many questions we had regarding the siding of our house. He told us that we may have to wait a few months as they were booked, but if they had an opening they would side the house sooner. True to his word they came as soon as they could. Just two months after our first contact with Beantown, they were ready to side our house. They explained how the process would take place, and it all happened just as they said. The work was done in two days. The workers were extremely professional. On day one of the job I returned home from work and saw that they had removed all the old siding and shingles, and had already started framing the windows. My husband said there were 12 workers present on the second day. I came home from work to see that my entire house was sided. Several neighbors had stopped by to tell me how well they worked. They also commented on the great job. I was completely overjoyed to see my house, absolutely beautiful! Jim, the siding manager, was also fantastic, and he was very responsive to any questions we had. "We were gone the day the work was completed, and you couldn't even tell they had been there. The job involved peeling shingles and siding, repairing underneath, and then putting it back together. It involved a very visible area of roof and reapplication of pieces was flawless. Glad they take pictures as they go so that we can see the process - may not have believed they were there! I do think you pay a premium price for their service - could have shopped around more - but they call back, showed up, do excellent work, and follow up afterwards. There is a value to that!"
