"I called in the work order on an. Saturday 29, Jan.2022. I received a confirmation/appointment for 1 February 2022, for between 10:00 AM and 3:00PM. At approximately 2:30 PM on 1 Feb., I received a call from Allstate HVAC that they had just received the work order, and offered to reschedule to 2 Feb. with the same time frame.
