"Rodolfo Palmas does it all. I needed a handyman to help me put my house back together after the hurricane. My sons room was priority for me since he had no drywall or ceiling in his room. I reached out to him and he responded immediately and came to see me the next day. He gave me an estimate and understood that this was important to me. He started the job right away and kept coming to make sure he took care of his room. We would communicate and he let me know when he was coming and the time. He is caring and as a family man he understood that children comes first. My sons room looks awesome and I am very grateful to him. We will continue to communicate in order to keep fixing my house at a pace that works for me and my husband. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
