"The work was started earlier in November but they had to wait for warmer weather to stain the deck. They even took the time to remove mold on the siding at the north side of the house. They were very courteous, efficient, and did a great job. The staining was done with a brush; not a roller. It was very meticulous, and I appreciated that. The management even called back to see if I was satisfied with the work. I would highly recommend them."
