They removed the old cedar siding, repaired the framing and installed new cedar siding. Then they replaced the storm door. It was nice to have a team of men come to do the work. Jacob and Mario are courteous and knowledgeable and work well together. My wall and new door look great. I am very pleased with the quality of the work. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"I called in the work order on an. Saturday 29, Jan.2022. I received a confirmation/appointment for 1 February 2022, for between 10:00 AM and 3:00PM. At approximately 2:30 PM on 1 Feb., I received a call from Allstate HVAC that they had just received the work order, and offered to reschedule to 2 Feb. with the same time frame. I called Choice and was told that it was not there fault. I've spent over 40 years in Aerospace, 30 years plus in managing Maintenance/Engineering and Flight Scheduling. It was my responsibility to ensure the communication between the customer and service provider's was sound and current. This transaction failed because of a fatel breakdown in communication between Choise and Allstate, this breakdown resulted in the customer had to endure another day of NO HEAT. Choise, you failed to ensure that your schedule was followed. On the positive side, Chois did in fact waive the $65.00 service fee."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
