He confirmed that since the installation of Hardie concrete fiber siding, there has been no further woodpecker problem. Once convinced that this product would help resolve our issue, the process was smooth and fast. Contract signed, work started in 6 days and finished in 2. Excellent worksmanship (product appears almost seamless) and thorough clean up after the job. Our old house has settled and windows are crooked. The workmen cut in around them with good precision. We will have the opposite end of the house sided in the spring and will hire Beantown again to do it."

I had to constantly monitor the crew to make sure they minimized damage and completed the work correctly. It was difficult communicating with the Spanish-speaking crew. Materials are in my yard that still have not been picked up 2 weeks later. The finished siding looks good, but that is the best complement I can make. I had doors replaced by Power on a previous job and was very satisfied. I would be cautious recommending Power for siding replacement on a similar old house."

"This was a 2 day project. On day one the crew showed up around 7:00 am and worked until about 4:00pm. At the end of day one all the old trim around the roof was removed and replaced with PVC trim. Day two consisted of removing the roof, installing the new roof and new gutters. Work started around 7:00 am and the crew worked until after 5:00pm. I'm very satisfied with the work performed and the job site cleanup. I would use Roofer's Edge and Siding again.

He then rebuilt our stairway to curve to another side to avoid head obstacles. He was responsive and flexible throughout.
