He is a hard worker, and as the day was ending, he noticed that one of the panels was not fitting to his liking. He asked if he could come back to redo it to a higher standard. I wasn't available the next day, but he scheduled for a day that worked, and then he came and fixed the issues and completed the job, with no extra charge from his original quote. Rare to find somebody who is so committed to their work, and getting it right for the customer without over-charging!"
