"The overall experience we had with Capital Siding Window (CSW) was fantastic! We had some hail damage from the May 2022 storm, both roofing, siding, gutters and window wraps. After speaking with our insurance company, we contacted CSW on getting the work completed. They helped find additional damage not discovered by our insurance and went above and beyond in getting all the work estimated and covered by our insurance. The communication with Jeff and Danny throughout has been excellent. The quality of the work delivered has also been excellent. Especially want to call out the siding crew - very friendly, professional, and quite obvious they take pride in their work. The next time I need a roof, siding, windows, etc., I'm absolutely calling CSW!!!"

"Bill is friendly, very knowledgeable, and sharp. He knows the stucco business well. I had contacted 3 stucco companies and through reference checking and site visits selected two for final bids. "Working with Higgins Construction was a great experience for our family. If questions or concerns arose throughout the project we were able to discuss those things and come to a remedy to correct the question or concern. The crew of people that they have working for them and the subcontractors they brought in were all professional and courteous. They are very fair on their pricing and when they discovered some things that would help with insulation on our home or structural issues in our soffits - they immediately had a clear explanation for their suggestion and price for that to be fixed. Crew showed up on time, reviewed job with foreman & got set up & right to work on my small re-siding job. I had removed old siding so new siding install & cleanup was done in 4 Hrs. "We were first referred to Darren and his crew at Twin City Handyman in October of 2014 when we were in need of having a new patio door installed. TCH went and picked out the door, brought it to the house and installed it, saving us time and the headache of having to arrange it ourselves. They did such a great job we immediately planned to have them install a whole new front door unit (jamb, side window, transit and all) once we got the unit ordered and delivered. TCH ended up installing it on one of the coldest days that year. We were very pleased with their work and knew we had found our "go-to" handyman crew. Our next project was the moving of several light fixture outlet boxes in our kitchen and once done, the repair of the ceiling that had a few small staines due to a soda explosion and minor bathtub overflow from upstairs. Lester, the technician on duty for this and most of the other jobs, is an expert at, among other things, and we couldn't have been more pleased with the end result. He repaired the area and then re-popcorn sprayed the entire area. It looked brand new when he was done. We were also in the middle of a kitchen remodel at the time and had ordered a new oven-microwave combo. Because the size was different from our previous model, the cabinet had to be altered. I was probably more worried about this than I was about any other project, due to the fact that the kitchen is the most often used and visible area in our home, however, once again, the crew at TCH outdid themselves. The end result was that the cabinet looked great and any sign of alternation was almost microscopic. As stated, TCH has been our go-to for all of our projects since we discovered them, including the installation of both garage doors on our house that needed to be replaced due to major rusting. For all the jobs listed above, we are estimating the total cost of the service part of our bill to be around $4,0000-$5,000. That said, we have been more than please with our relationship with Darren, Lester and the crew at TCH. They are both professional and friendly. Darren has always been quick to get back to us about any questions we have had, and when we had the problem with the doors that shifted, they were quick to follow up and correct the problem. Without question, we would recommend Twin City Handyman to anyone who asked."
