"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. "We liked talking with the owner and he convinced us of the care and quality they would provide. Although slightly more expensive than other quotes we received, we did choose Pressure Point.
We did have some problems. Although we ordered and paid for 40-year shingles, they began installing 30-year.  As I drove up and noticed and complained, they did correct the error and brought 40-year shingles to the job.
They left the space between the new shingles and the siding until my wife complained and then they inserted more shingles to eliminate the unsightly scene.
My wife did complain about a bubbly appearance of the shingles in the front of the house. An installer said, "I was wondering when you were going to notice that."  They did repair this appearance.
I was told that after the job, they would go around the house with a magnet to ensure no nails where on the ground. We found quite a few nails in the following weeks.
The roof is not leaking to date.
