"We hired D&S to install smooth Hardie plank siding on our large house. It is a complete remodel with a lot of windows, vents and 9 of the fresh air inlets that Edmonds is now requiring. They also installed the soffits with vents running the full length of the side soffits. They did a great job a high quality installation and the house looks great now. My wife and I are pretty picky, and we were very impressed with the tremendous attention to detail in the work. We have told Sergey that he can feel free to use us for a reference and send anyone by to see the great job they did. Highly recommended."

"I have had 4 major jobs donâ  e to my home since I moved here last year. I would say that I will never higher another contractor. This business will be my go to for years to come. They not only fix my deck, they did railing, main steps and even the extra I asked them to fix. House siding and more. They worked every day for at least 10 hours until it was complete. They are worth the wait if you have a project if they are booked. Thank you for the quality of work You provided."

They were friendly and all our questions and concerns were answered making us feel at ease. The whole project took a week and they showed up every morning exactly at the time they said they would. The look of the house has totally been transformed and we have received many compliments on it. If your looking for a company that takes pride in the work they do....look no further!"

Everything they said they would do they did. I am a retired contractor with 30 years in the business and can attest to the fact that their work is high quality with great attention to detail. The site was kept clean and orderly throughout the project. The crew was great to work with, professional, and communicated well with me. I highly recommend Perdue Builders!"

Our house looks beautiful."

"A delayed review, but still impressed with the completed project by Mt. Olive. Norberto and his crew lead by Ali did an awesome job and completed my project just as I envisioned it. A year later the new front porch, steps and siding on 3 sides of the house look as good as the day they finished. A year later, still very satisfied with quality of the work."
