"Bill came out and gave us an estimate to repair 2 major cracks in the stucco at our 1930s home, remodeled with an addition in the late 70s/early80s. The remodel had matched stucco but cracks had formed on both sides of the house. Bill's estimate was the cheapest and based on that and the comments already on Angie's list we decided to go with him to do the repairs. Bill came out and did the work in a day, he also repaired many other cracks and various items on the exterior of the house. Bill did his best to match the stucco, and I can barely see most of the small areas that he reapired - he did a very good job of matching."

"A hail storm left my house, rental house and garage damaged. TRS Builders did an inspection and said I should call my insurance adjuster. Ray Stranz, the owner, worked with my insurance and all siding and window wraps were approved. His crew came in and replaced the old siding with excellent quality siding. My homestead looks wonderful and it is much warmer with the foam under the siding. The outside lights and doorbell had to come down to get the siding on. All was replaced with new lights and doorbell. There was so much attention to detail. A large dumpster held all the old siding and waste from new siding. The gutter covers were damaged and replaced, air conditioner damage repaired and new shutters were installed. The dumpster was removed as soon as the job was done. Since it snowed, Ray promised they would come back in the spring to do more clean up and paint some rusty pipes to match the siding. I trust him to do just as he promised. He is an excellent negotiator and makes sure his crew is doing the job right.
